Thank you to everyone who has completed the recent patient survey regarding the Lyndhurst Medical Centre and Bursted Wood Surgery alliance, it’s been really helpful to hear your feedback and have your questions.
We’ve had over 130 responses and the survey will remain open for the rest of June (access the survey here). We’d like to hear from more patients, in particular, from parents of young children, working adults, patients with disabilities, carers and patients under 25.
The GP Partners and Directors will then review the responses and hold a virtual meeting for patients from both surgeries to go through our plans and answer these questions. Details of the date, time and how to register for this meeting will be advertised on the individual Practice websites and Facebook pages at the end of the month.

C-Card
Bursted Wood Surgery is now a C-Card outlet.
The C-Card is for young people to access FREE condoms.
What is a C-Card?
It is a scheme for young peopke aged 13 to 24 to access free condoms and lubricant to improve sexual health. If you are aged 13 to 24, we can help you sign up for a C-Card at reception and supply you with FREE condoms and lubricant to support you with your sexual health choices.
The C-Card scheme is easy, free and confidential.
