Asthmatic patients will be expected to attend at least once a year to ensure that their treatment is effective.

Diabetic Check-up

Diabetic patients will be offered an annual check up with the Practice Nurse following blood screening. Patients will be notified accordingly.

Health Promotion Clinics
Patients between the ages of 16 & 75 years are invited to attend Health Promotion Clinics, which are by appointment with The Practice Nurse.
We especially recommend this to all patients who have not seen a doctor within the last three years.
Over 75's Checks
If you're over 75, you're eligible for free annual health and medication checks at your GP surgery.
